Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At AlturaxX, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and solutions. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed. By engaging with our services or making any payment, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

2. Nature of Services

AlturaxX provides digital services including but not limited to web development, software development, digital marketing, branding, and IT consulting. As these are custom and intangible services, general "return" of a product does not apply. Refund eligibility is therefore assessed on a case-by-case basis as described below.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

• The project has not yet been started and a written cancellation request is received within 48 hours of payment.
• AlturaxX fails to deliver the agreed scope of work within the defined timeline without prior communication.
• A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
• The delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed specifications, and the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable revision attempts.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Work has been fully completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.
• The client changes their mind or requirements after work has commenced.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide required content, approvals, or feedback).
• Partial work already completed — only the remaining unworked portion may be considered for a partial refund.
• Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, API subscriptions, licences, etc.) are non-refundable as they are paid to external providers.
• Subscription or retainer payments after the service period has begun.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Email us at info@alturax.in with your full name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
• Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
• After reviewing the request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 7 business days.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel an ongoing project at any time by providing written notice. In such cases, payment will be due for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any advance payment beyond the completed work may be refunded at AlturaxX's discretion after deducting applicable charges.

7. Dispute Resolution

We encourage all clients to first reach out to us directly to resolve any concerns. If a mutually agreeable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India, in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

8. Changes to This Policy

AlturaxX reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
